Kaleb Pugsley

Kaleb Pugsley currently serves as the Associate Director of Site Operations at The Campbell's Company, where responsibilities include multi-site management and the continuous improvement of Food Safety, HACCP, Quality Assurance, and SQF programs. Prior roles at Campbell's include Sr. Manager of Quality Assurance & Sanitation and Quality Assurance Manager, focusing on leading food safety and quality initiatives, managing consumer complaints, and developing staff. Kaleb Pugsley also serves in the US Army as a Command Career Counselor and has a background as a Combat Engineer, with leadership training and combat deployment experience. Previous experience includes a Food Safety and Quality Technician role at Honeyville, Inc. Kaleb holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Western Kentucky University and various degrees related to Animal Science and Lean Six Sigma.
