Ken Niemeyer

Ken Niemeyer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and operations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Supply Chain at Campbell Soup Company since December 2020, Ken has previously held key positions at RB and General Mills from 1994 to 2018. At RB, Ken managed a significant departmental budget of $16MM and material spend of $515MM, overseeing warehouse operations and scheduling for one of the company's largest facilities. Ken's tenure at General Mills included roles such as Logistics & Finance Manager, Continuous Improvement Manager, and Operations Manager, where responsibilities ranged from supply planning and financial operations to leading continuous improvement initiatives and managing large-scale manufacturing operations. Ken holds an M.B.A. from Quincy University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
