Hilary Mayhew Larose

Hilary Mayhew LaRose is an experienced professional in material development, currently serving as the Head of Material Development at both Camper and NNormal since April 2024. Prior to this, Hilary held significant roles at On from November 2021 to March 2024, leading the Footwear Materials team and overseeing material strategy across various footwear categories. Previous experience includes five years at adidas as the Footwear Material Manager for Basketball, where Hilary guided the material development for prominent player franchises and innovative projects. Hilary's career also features roles at the International Living Future Institute and the YMCA of Greater Seattle, along with a foundational internship at the Montgomery County Planning Department. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Geography from Radford University and further studies at Portland State University and the University of Exeter.
