Scott Whetter

Scott Whetter has over 35 years of work experience in various roles within the automotive industry. Scott is currently serving as Vice President Sales & Strategy, Automotive at Campfire Interactive since 2022. Prior to this, they held executive positions at North American Stamping Group, including Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer from 2019 to 2021, and Vice President, Sales and Engineering from 2017 to 2019.

Before that, Whetter worked at The Woodbridge Group as Vice President Sales, The Americas from 2015 to 2017 and Vice President, North American Sales from 2010 to 2015. During their tenure at Woodbridge, they successfully implemented strategies to grow business directly with OEMs, resulting in a significant increase in sales.

Whetter also served as President at IEE Sensing USA, Inc. from 2008 to 2010 and held key leadership roles at Siemens VDO Automotive as Vice President & Key Account Executive from 1999 to 2008, and Director, North American Sales from 1995 to 1999. Scott also had professional experience at TRW Automotive, Visteon Corporation, Ford Motor Company, and Texas Instruments earlier in their career.

Throughout their career, Whetter has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a track record of delivering growth and driving successful business development initiatives within the automotive industry.

Scott Whetter has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a focus on Industrial Engineering and Materials & Logistics Management from Michigan State University. Scott also has a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Engineering Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
