Raquel Villar

Raquel Villar is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in business and legal affairs, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Campfire Studios since July 2022. Previously, Raquel held the position of Director of Business and Legal Affairs at Giant Spoon from December 2018 to June 2022, and at Optomen Television from February 2015 to November 2018. Raquel began a legal career as an Associate at The Finn Law Group PLLC and further gained experience as a Legal Fellow at Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts. Early roles included a Business & Legal Affairs Intern at OWN: The Oprah Winfrey Network and Law Clerk positions at Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP and Disability Rights California. Raquel earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
