Jutianto Isnandar

Mr. Junianto Isnandar served as Commissioner of the Company since 2000. He has served as a Factory Manager of PT. Ultrajaya Milk Industry Tbk (1972-1996), Assistant Factory Manager at PT Ultrajaya Milk Industry Tbk (1971-1972) and Production Manager at CV Djaja Murni Bandung (1970-1971).

In addition, he served as Director of PT Ultrajaya Milk Industry Tbk and President Director of PT Ultrajaya Ito En Manufacture

Graduated from the Faculty of Food Technology, Bogor Agricultural University, graduating in 1963.

He has no affiliation either with other members of the Board of Commissioners, members of the Company’s Board of Directors, or with the Company’s Shareholders.
