Angela Sternburgh

Angela Sternburgh, Ph.D., SPHR, CDE, serves as the Vice President of Talent at Camping World since October 2022, leading initiatives in Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Leadership Development, Culture, Organization Effectiveness, and Employee Experience. With extensive experience, Angela has held significant roles such as the founding member of Hacking HR's Experts Council and Head of Talent Acquisition, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Learning, and Organization Effectiveness at TreeHouse Foods. Previous positions include Director of Talent and Organisation Development at Tate & Lyle, Senior Director of Talent at Fortune Brands Home & Security, and System Director of Talent Acquisition and Management at Presence Health. Angela’s career also encompasses leadership roles at Sears Holdings Corporation, the Kellogg Company, and Bank of America, where contributions have notably improved business performance through effective HR strategies. Angela holds a Ph.D. and a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the Illinois Institute of Technology, along with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Grand Valley State University.
