Steve Larson is an experienced voice engineer with a strong background in telecommunications and technology. Currently serving as a Senior Voice Engineer at Camping World since 2018, Steve previously worked at Sears Holdings Corporation from 2005 to 2018, where responsibilities included overseeing large voice network platforms that facilitated over 100 million customer contacts annually and managing multiple IVR applications. Prior to that, Steve held various roles at Sears, Roebuck and Co. from 1993 to 2005, including Application Architect, where integration of IVR applications with CRM platforms was a key focus. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Valparaiso University.
