Michelle Panelo

Michelle Panelo is a skilled marketing and onboarding specialist with extensive experience in customer support and development. At CampSite, Michelle has served in various roles since December 2016, including Marketing Specialist and Senior Onboarding & Support Specialist, where key responsibilities involve understanding client needs and optimizing enrollment processes within the CampSite system. Prior to this, Michelle worked as a Development Associate at Kaskazi Environmental Alliance, managing social media content and fundraising campaigns, and gained experience in customer service as a Merchandising/Sales Specialist at Sports Basement. Michelle's early career includes coordinating volunteer activities as an Administrative Assistant at Veggielution. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social and Behavioral Science & Global Studies from California State University, Monterey Bay, and completed a grant writing course at the University of Illinois Chicago, alongside earning a Permaculture Designer Certificate.
