Courtney Boliver has extensive experience in various roles within the HR and organizational development fields. Courtney began their career at Camp Thurman in 2011, where they served as the Human Resource Manager and Special Camps Coordinator. In this role, they were responsible for training and development programs for over 300 staff members, implementing policies and procedures, and leading organizational development initiatives.

Following their time at Camp Thurman, Courtney worked as a Graduate Intern at The Industrial and Organizational Psychology Center from 2012 to 2014. Here, they worked as part of a consulting team, developing and facilitating training workshops for organizational leaders. Courtney assisted executives in defining organizational values and vision and helped managers understand the elements of the change process.

Courtney also gained experience as an Undergraduate Intern at Austin Family Institute in 2011.
