Gretchen Bracey

Gretchen Bracey is a seasoned professional in the property management sector with extensive experience in regional and general management roles. Currently serving as Senior Regional Manager at Campus Advantage since March 2023, Gretchen has held multiple leadership positions including Regional Manager, Area Operations Manager, and General Manager at The Scion Group from October 2015 to February 2023. Prior experience includes General Manager roles at Asset Campus Housing and multiple positions at Campus Living Villages including Regional General Manager. Gretchen began their career as a Manager at Greystar and Campus Living Villages. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
