Mike Scagnoli has over a decade of experience in the culinary and procurement fields, currently serving as Procurement and Travel Manager at Campus Cooks since August 2010. In this role, Mike evaluates suppliers based on pricing, quality, and logistics while managing all vendor credit applications. Previously, Mike held positions including Culinary Manager and Regional Supervisor, overseeing staff and ensuring compliance with company standards. Mike began a career in food service as Creator, Owner, and Operator of South Street Smokehouse from 2000 to 2007. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Family and Consumer Sciences/Human Sciences from Purdue University.
