Rohini Venkatesan is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations management and research. Currently serving as a Junior Operations Manager at Tenjin since April 2021, Rohini previously worked as a Research Consultant at Lilly Deutschland GmbH, where responsibilities included resolving communication issues between Account Managers and healthcare professionals, as well as conducting user preference surveys related to CRM tools. Prior experience includes roles as a Research Assistant at INNOVATUM SCIENCE CENTER AB and Operations Assistant at Fyppit, focusing on marketing research, database creation, vendor management, customer query handling, and delivery optimization. Rohini began a career in 2018 as an Assistant employee at Laxmi Enterprises, assisting in vendor management and order delivery. Rohini holds a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management and Logistics from accadis Hochschule Bad Homburg and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology & Research Academy.
