Berenice Velez

Berenice Velez is a seasoned professional in international education cooperation, currently serving as Directrice déléguée des antennes sud at Institut français du Liban since September 2024, and previously as Cheffe de projet Formation at Campus France since September 2018. Velez has extensive experience in various roles, including managing training programs for Campus France agents globally, overseeing university cooperation policies at the French Embassy in Mexico, and leading educational engineering projects for international mobility. Velez's academic background includes two Master's degrees from University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and IHEAL Institute of Latin American studies, focusing on contemporary history of international relations and cooperation.
