Elsa Bangalter

Elsa BANGALTER has extensive experience in international mobility management, currently serving as Chargée de mobilité internationale at Campus France since September 2012. In this role, Elsa BANGALTER oversees the administrative, logistical, and budgetary aspects of expert exchanges, facilitating the dispatch of French experts abroad and organizing programs for foreign dignitaries visiting France on behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Affairs. Prior to this position, Elsa BANGALTER worked at ISS France from 2001 to 2007 as Chargée d'étude in the Quality Department. Elsa BANGALTER holds degrees from IAE Paris-Est and the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
