Claire Kakac

Claire Kakac has a diverse range of work experience. Claire started their career as a Concessions Manager at Fairfield Park District from May 2017 to August 2019, where they coordinated with service providers, performed food preparation and service tasks, and maintained inventories. Claire then worked as a Sales Associate at S.I. Kincaid & Sons, INC. from March 2020 to July 2021, where they greeted and escorted customers, engaged with guests, and promoted visual presentation standards.

Next, Claire gained medical experience as a Medical Intern at Fairfield Memorial Hospital from May 2022 to August 2022. Claire observed various healthcare professionals in clinical and hospital settings, gaining exposure to different medical specialties.

Claire also held leadership positions at Alpha Xi Delta, starting as the Director of Academic Achievement from January 2022 to December 2022. In this role, they advised members, prepared reports, and monitored learning outcomes. Claire then became the Vice President of Philanthropy in January 2023. Their responsibilities included planning and directing fundraising events, developing strategies for increased contributions, and coordinating the disbursement of funds.

Currently, Claire works at Campus Ink as a Design and Sales Manager, starting in February 2023. Claire collaborates with team members across the country, utilizing their skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to design merchandise. Additionally, they market, conceptualizes, quotes, and delivers the apparel they sell, combining both creativity and business acumen.

Claire Kakac attended Fairfield Community High School from 2017 to 2021, where they earned their High School Diploma. Following that, they enrolled at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2021 and is expected to graduate in 2025 with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Kinesiology, specializing in Kinesiology and Exercise Science (PreMed).
