Karen Phillips

Karen Phillips is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the marketing and advertising industry. Karen began their career in 1998 as an Economic Development Intern for the City of Jacksonville. In 1999, they joined the Dalton Agency as an Account Supervisor. During their time at the Dalton Agency, they handled over 2,000 McDonald's advertising projects per year. In 2017, they joined St. John & Partners as a Senior Account Manager, where they kept projects moving and ensured deliverables were complete. In 2021, they joined Missio Creative Agency as the Managing Director, where they manage the agency and helps influencers build their personal brand. Karen also joined CAMPUS as the NFT Studio Project Manager, where they manage the creative process for the collegiate NFT company.

Karen Phillips attended Sterling College from 1995 to 1996 and then University of North Florida from 1996 to 1998, where they received a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies.
