Stefi Varghese

Stefi Varghese has extensive experience in operations and analytics across various sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Operations & Analytics at Campus Philly since October 2021, Stefi previously held roles as Director of Operations and Analytics and Manager of Partnerships and Operations within the same organization. Before this, Stefi worked at MedRisk from January 2013 to October 2021 as a Senior Quality Assurance Professional, focusing on patient-centered care for work-related injuries, training staff, and ensuring compliance with health standards. Stefi's earlier experience includes various positions in customer service and culinary management at R2L and internships in communications and marketing at multiple firms. Stefi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communication & Public Relations from Temple University.
