Allison Rivkin

Allison Rivkin has over 14 years of experience in marketing communications, relationship management, and project management in the higher education and government markets. As Manager of the Customer Advocate Team, Allison is responsible for overseeing engagements and ensuring a consistent standard of service delivery to all CampusGuard customers.

As a member of the CampusGuard Leadership Team, Allison is the liaison between management and the Customer Advocate Team. She assists the team as they strategize with clients to generate creative solutions for compliance challenges. Allison works closely with the Information Security Services teams and Operations Support to ensure CampusGuard is consistently providing superior customer care.
