Kristen Kardas

Kristen Kardas currently serves as the Director of Education for The Delta Chi Fraternity, Inc., responsible for overseeing educational programs and curriculum development. With extensive experience in student engagement and leadership, Kristen held the position of Director of Student Engagement, Leadership, and Fraternity & Sorority Life at Indiana State University, where strategic vision and oversight for a large fraternity and sorority community were provided. Prior roles include Lead Interactive Workshop Facilitator at CAMPUSPEAK, Inc., and Assistant Director for Sorority and Fraternity Life at Ohio University, where achievements in program implementation, budget management, and educational programming were notable. Kristen holds a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Adelphi University.
