Giorgio Taddei

Giorgio Taddei currently serves as the Head of Employee Experience & Sustainability at CampusX since November 2021. Prior to this role, Giorgio held various positions at Atlantia S.p.A. from February 2018 to July 2021, focusing on HR Strategy & Governance, Development & Selection, and Development & Compensation. Giorgio’s experience also includes serving as an Executive Compensation Consultant at Willis Towers Watson from June 2015 to January 2018, and as a Consultant at Hay Group and Accenture between 2011 and 2015. Earlier in the career, Giorgio worked as a Junior Consultant at Ernst & Young and as a Revenue Accountant Specialist at Hill's Pet Nutrition. Giorgio holds a Laurea Specialistica degree in Economia from Sapienza Università di Roma, obtained between 2002 and 2008.
