Aviad Dotan is an experienced engineering and project management professional with a robust background in various industries, including medical devices and optical-mechanical fields. Currently serving as the Jigs and Testers Team Leader and R&D Project Manager at Camtek since January 2022, Aviad previously held leadership roles at Dotan Engineering Company, Gordian Surgical Ltd., Cortex Dental Implants Industries Ltd., and Colibri Spindles, among others. With extensive expertise in end-to-end project management, product development, and engineering team leadership, Aviad has successfully guided projects through design, validation, and manufacturing phases.
