Chun-Hsien (James) Chen has a diverse work experience. Chun-Hsien (James) is currently working as the Regional Director of Business Development at Camtek since June 2023. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at Nova Ltd. where they held various roles. Chun-Hsien (James) was an Application Director from January 2022 to April 2023, responsible for managing on-site OCD and X-Ray metrology support in TSMC. From July 2018 to January 2022, they served as an Application Manager, overseeing R&D and production Fabs. Chun-Hsien (James) Chen completed their education in Materials Science and Engineering at National Taiwan University. Chun-Hsien (James) obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the university, graduating in 2007. Following this, they pursued further studies and achieved a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Materials Science and Engineering from National Taiwan University, completing their doctorate in 2013.
