Past roles include design quality engineer at Louis XIII, project manager at Cartier, and quality assurance analyst at Moët Hennessy. Charles holds a graduate degree in Industrial and Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Quality & Continuous Improvement from Ecole nationale d'Ingénieurs de Metz and a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Université de Metz. Additionally, Charles has international academic experience through a joint degree program at UNC.
