Isabelle Collignon has a diverse work experience in the luxury industry. Isabelle started their career as a Grafic designer at Louis Vuitton Malletier in 2002 and then moved on to work as an Art Director at Carre Basset Associes from 2003 to 2007. Isabelle continued their career as a Senior Art Director at Mazarine Image from 2007 to 2008, where they designed publishing projects for luxury brands such as Fred Joaillier, Guerlain, and Nespresso. Isabelle then joined Brandimage as a Senior Art Director from 2009 to 2014. In 2014, they started working at L'Oreal as a Creative Manager for Giorgio Armani Beauty until 2017 when they became the Creative Director for the same brand until 2021. Isabelle'smost recent role was Studio Director for Giorgio Armani Beauty at L'Oreal, starting in January 2022 until September 2023. Isabelle is currently working as the Creative Luxury Director at Camus Wines & Spirits since June 2023.

Isabelle Collignon completed their education at ENSAD, Ecole Nationale Superieure des Arts Decoratifs, from 1997 to 2001. Isabelle received a Master's degree in design graphique, specializing in the field of arts.
