Maxence Goinere has extensive experience in the wine and spirits industry. Maxence started their career at Bernard Magrez Estates, where they worked as a Project Manager and established a base in Santiago, Chile. Maxence conducted research, handled administrative and legal negotiations, and identified trade channels for exporting premium wines.
Following this, Goinere worked at Odd Bins Wine Merchant as a Retail/Wholesale Operation Manager in London, UK. Maxence focused on creating visually stimulating retail environments, developing the wholesale portfolio, and assisting in staff training and development.
Afterward, Goinere joined Les Celliers France Asie-Cambodia, Thailand, Laos, and Burma, where they served as a Business Development Coordinator. Maxence built a loyal wholesale clientele portfolio in South East Asia, coordinated marketing strategies, and reported on business activities and opportunities.
Subsequently, Goinere worked at Phonesavanh Import Export as a Business Development Manager. Maxence sourced, purchased, and developed a portfolio of wines, maximized profitability, planned events and supplier visits, controlled costs, and forecasted sales. Maxence also established and developed a loyal clientele in on-trade sectors.
Currently, Goinere is employed at Camus Wines & Spirits as the Area Sales Director for Domestic duty-free Mainland China, excluding certain regions. Maxence has also served as the Area Export Manager - Asia Pacific, handling duty-free and duty-paid channels.
Maxence Goinere completed a Master's Degree in Wine and Spirit Business Management at Université de Bordeaux from 2004 to 2005. Following that, from 2009 to 2011, they enrolled at Vincrest International-Hong Kong where they pursued a WSET Diploma, specializing in Wine and Spirit Education Trust.
