Yonael Bernard currently holds the position of Responsable Technique Distillation et R&D at Camus Wines & Spirits since October 2022, while also serving as Master of Maturation and Production Manager at Lambay Irish Whiskey since June 2018. With extensive experience in the spirits industry, Yonael's background includes roles such as Master Cellar at Maison Brillet and Président at AFODEC, where responsibilities encompassed product quality development, liquid control, bottling processes, and promotion of various brands. Previous positions include Assistant Master Distiller at Remy Cointreau, Master Blender at Remy-Sula, and management roles in wine and spirits at SARL Charles de Bordeaux and Tonnellerie Pelletan. Yonael holds multiple master's degrees in international commerce and analytical chemistry, highlighting a strong academic foundation in the field.
