Catherine Parker

Catherine Parker is an experienced healthcare professional with a focus on HIV and Hepatitis C prevention and education. Currently serving as a Patient Access Specialist and Bilingual Team Lead at CAN Community Health since July 2021, Catherine has developed protocols for STD testing in mobile health units, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations, and has streamlined monthly deliverables for grant submissions. Previously, in the role of Bilingual Rural Program Specialist II, Catherine established community partnerships to enhance HIV and Hepatitis C testing in rural Arizona. Earlier experiences include coordinating the Ryan White Part A Early Intervention Services at Terros Health, where Catherine developed timelines for rapid HIV testing and managed grant writing and budgeting. Additional positions at Walmart and Coconino County Health Department, along with leadership as President of a health club during studies at Northern Arizona University, further complement Catherine Parker's robust background in public health.
