Foo Kee Fatt

He was appointed to the Board of Can-One as Independent Non-Executive Director on 29 December 2017. He is also the Chairman of the Audit and Risk Management Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee.

He is a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Malaysia Institute of Accountants. He is also an associate member of Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia and an approved company auditor under the Companies Act, 2016. He has about thirty-one (31) years of experience in public accountancy practice.
