Elena Kondratenko

Elena Kondratenko is an experienced SAP professional with a strong background in the implementation and support of SAP solutions. Currently serving as an SAP Solution Delivery Expert - PTP at CANPACK Group since September 2016, Elena has contributed to various SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects and participated in global and local roll-outs. Previous roles at CANPACK Group include SAP Support Specialist and SAP Training Specialist, where responsibilities encompassed issue resolution, change request maintenance, master data management, and training delivery. Prior experience includes positions as an SAP Junior Consultant and SAP ERP Trainee at SAPRUN Group and roles at Schneider Electric focusing on master data and CRM data stewardship. Elena holds a Master's degree and Bachelor's degree in Heat and Power Engineering, Automation from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'.
