Ewa Nowicka has extensive experience in HR roles, currently working as an HR Manager at CANPACK Group. Ewa has also worked as an HR Business Partner and Senior Recruiter within the company. Prior to this, Ewa was a Recruitment Manager at Precision HR, where Ewa managed a team of recruitment consultants. Ewa holds a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management and a MA in Psychology from Jagiellonian University. Ewa has a strong background in recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement, as well as experience in managing global projects and collaborating with senior leadership to drive people strategy.
