Małgorzata Hadyś

Małgorzata Hadyś has over 16 years of experience in procurement and cooperation roles. Małgorzata currently serves as the CAPEX Category Director at CANPACK Group since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked at CAN-PACK S.A. for 16 years, holding positions such as Global Procurement and Cooperation Office Deputy Director and Procurement Global Manager. Małgorzata'sresponsibilities at CAN-PACK included supply management and supervision of key chemical products used in beverage can production. Additionally, Hadyś co-founded the "Ale heca!" Foundation in 2008, focusing on the education and development of children.

Małgorzata Hadyś completed CPIM Courses (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) from 2010-2013. Małgorzata obtained a post-graduate degree in Human Resources Management from AGH University of Krakow in 2004-2005. In 1996-2001, they earned a Masters in International Trade from Cracow University of Economics.
