Nadiia Golovan

Nadiia Golovan is a CIPD certified Regional HR Manager at CAN-PACK S.A. since March 2017, responsible for overseeing HR operations across Central-Eastern Europe, including Romania, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ukraine, and Russia. Nadiia's expertise encompasses HR strategy, budgeting, people analytics, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and change management, alongside leading HRIS implementation for Workday and enhancing employer branding and talent acquisition. Prior to this role, Nadiia served as the HR Manager for Russia and Ukraine at Bonbonetti Choco, where Nadiia led complex transformation projects and managed significant change initiatives following a company acquisition. Nadiia's HR career began as a Consultant at Hay Group, focusing on compensation and benefits, job evaluation, and performance management within the CIS region. Nadiia holds a Level 5 CHRM from CIPD and education from MIM-Kyiv Business School and Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
