Ben Bracey began their work experience in 2013 as an Investment Administrator at Berkeley Burke, where they reconciled member accounts and processed investments. In 2014, they joined Leith Wheeler Investment Counsel Ltd. and held roles as an Application Support Developer and Trade Operations, where they assisted with product development, managed the production support team, and focused on trade operations and rebalancing processes. In 2019, they joined Canaccord Genuity Group Inc. as a Business Systems Analyst, where they determined operational objectives, delivered business requirements documentation, and collaborated with stakeholders and IT team members for business process redesign.

Ben Bracey graduated from the University of Kent in 2013 with a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics. Prior to that, they attended Longslade Community College from 2005 to 2009, where they studied Mathematics, Further Mathematics, and Business Studies at the high school level.

In addition to their formal education, Ben Bracey has obtained several certifications. In May 2019, they completed "The Unix Workbench" course from the Johns Hopkins University School of Education. In March 2017, they completed "Programming with Python" course from Alison - Free Online Learning. Further, in February 2017, they acquired certification in "Excel VBA Programming" from the California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. In December 2016, they obtained a certification in "SQL Queries" from Vertabelo.

Ben Bracey also holds certifications in finance and trading. In August 2015, they completed the "Equity Trading and Sales" course from the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI). Prior to that, in June 2015, they completed the "Canadian Securities Course" from the same institution.
