Charles Wong

Charles Wong is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions within investment banking. Currently serving as Vice President at Canaccord Genuity Group Inc. since August 2016, Charles specializes in Technology, Software, Internet, FinTech, PropTech, and Crypto & Digital Assets. Prior to this role, Charles worked as an Associate at HSBC from August 2014 to July 2016, focusing on large corporates, and served as an Investment Analyst at Value Partners-HKUST SMIF Investment Fund in 2013 with a focus on long equity in the Hong Kong and Greater China region. Charles Wong holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance with a Minor in Economics from The University of British Columbia and participated in an exchange program in Finance at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, alongside further education at New York University.
