Hardik Pathak

Hardik Pathak has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Hardik started their career at HSBC as a Customer Service Agent from May 2008 to November 2010. Hardik then joined Asit C. Mehta Investment Interrupters Ltd. as a Customer Compliance Service Officer from November 2010 to October 2011. Hardik continued their career at Parikh & Associates, where they worked as a Compliance Intern from November 2011 to June 2013, and later became a Compliance Specialist from June 2013 to August 2019. After that, they worked at CIBC as a Mortgage Processing Officer for Retail Mortgages in December 2019, and as a Trade Processing and Compliance Officer from January 2020 to May 2021. Currently, Hardik is an Institutional Compliance Officer at Canaccord Genuity Group Inc. since July 2021.

Hardik Pathak completed their education in a chronological manner. Hardik first attended Nagindas Khandwala College from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a focus on Banking and Insurance. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Alkesh Dinesh Mody Institute for Financial & Management Studies, completing it from 2007 to 2010.

In 2011, Pathak enrolled at The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, where they studied Compliance, Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law. Hardik completed the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer program in 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Pathak has obtained several certifications. In 2021, they completed the Conflicts of Interest course (LCIC014) from Learnedly. Hardik also obtained the Client Focused Reforms Part II: KYC, KYP, SD (IIROC) (LCIC0016) course the same year. In 2022, they achieved the CGF AML 2022 certification from Learnedly. In 2023, Pathak obtained the Canadian Securities Course (CSC®) certification from the Canadian Securities Institute, as well as the Investment Dealer Compliance Course from the same institution. Hardik also obtained the Insider Trading & Tipping certification from Learnedly in 2023.
