Melwin Jermias started their work experience as an IT Analyst at STS at Cisco in June 2013, where they worked until March 2014. Melwin then joined Goldman Sachs as an IT Analyst in March 2015 and worked there until December 2015. In 2019, they became a Technical Support Advisor II at Concentrix and held this position until July 2021. From July 2021 to October 2021, Melwin worked as an M365 Business Technical Advisor III at Sherweb. Currently, they are employed as a Helpdesk Technical Support at Canaccord Genuity Group Inc. starting from May 2022.

Melwin Jermias has a diverse education history. In 2010, they began their undergraduate studies at St. Josephs Arts and Science, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. Melwin successfully completed this degree in 2013.

In order to enhance their skills and knowledge in the field of technology, Melwin decided to pursue a Postgraduate Diploma in Software & System Testing at Fanshawe College from 2016 to 2017. Melwin also obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals and Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals certifications in July 2022, further validating their expertise in these domains.
