Earlier roles include Executive Assistant Manager at Delta Regina from September 2006 to February 2008, and Assistant General Manager at Canad Inns from September 2004 to March 2006. Richard's career also includes significant positions at Delta Regina from December 1998 to September 2004, encompassing roles in food and beverage, rooms division, and assistant management.
