Amy S. is an experienced operations and production director with a strong background in project management within the sports and entertainment industry. Currently serving as Director of Operations & Production at Canada Basketball since February 2022, Amy leads event production for the Globl Jam Festival, coordinating logistics, vendor management, and signage needs. Previous roles include Production Manager/Line Producer at ET Canada, overseeing operational budgets and team management, and various positions at MLSE from 2010 to 2021, where responsibilities included managing marketing days, post-production processes, and creative campaigns. Amy holds a diploma in Journalism from Humber College.
Canada Basketball
Canada Basketball is the National Sporting Organization for the sport of Basketball in Canada. Canada Basketball represents all basketball interests, provides leadership, coordination and direction in all areas of the sport. Canada Basketball is a non-for-profit organization run by a volunteer board of directors and has a team of full-time professional staff members to run the affairs of the organization. Canada Basketball is recognized by the International Amateur Basketball Federation (FIBA) and the Government of Canada as the sole governing body of the sport of amateur basketball in Canada.
