John Philpott is a highly experienced physician with a diverse background in sports medicine and pediatric health. Currently a Staff Physician at Cleveland Clinic since 2014, John also serves as Team Physician for the Canadian Men's National Basketball Team and the Senior Men's Team with the Canadian Soccer Association. John has held positions as Team Physician for Skate Canada and played a significant role at Toronto East General Hospital until 2022. Previous affiliations include Boomerang Health powered by SickKids and committee memberships with the Canadian Paediatric Society and the American Academy of Pediatrics. John's academic contributions include serving as an Assistant Professor at Women's College Hospital. John Philpott holds an MD from the University of Toronto and is recognized for expertise in Sports & Exercise Medicine.
