Nicole Fraser

Nicole Fraser, RPR, has extensive experience in human resources and talent development, currently serving as Senior Manager of Organizational Development & Talent at Canada Cartage since August 2021. Prior roles include Human Resources Manager of Operations and a variety of positions at Life Time Inc. from April 2016 to March 2022, where responsibilities ranged from Member Services Lead Supervisor to Member Services Associate. Nicole has also held roles at Martin-Brower of Canada Co. as a Human Resources Generalist & Talent Acquisition Specialist, at OLG as Talent Acquisition and Employer Brand Coordinator, and worked in customer service and tutoring. Educationally, Nicole holds a Post-Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Sheridan College and an Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Human Resources Management from the University of Guelph-Humber.
