Sharlene Rahman is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Canada Cartage since April 2019, Sharlene provides consultative HR services to nine client groups, specializing in policy interpretation, workforce improvement, and complex issue resolution. Prior to this role, Sharlene was a Senior Human Resources and Employee Relations Consultant at Peninsula Canada, where extensive HR advice was delivered to approximately 1,500 clients.
