Sharlene Rahman

Sharlene Rahman is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Canada Cartage since April 2019, Sharlene provides consultative HR services to nine client groups, specializing in policy interpretation, workforce improvement, and complex issue resolution. Prior to this role, Sharlene was a Senior Human Resources and Employee Relations Consultant at Peninsula Canada, where extensive HR advice was delivered to approximately 1,500 clients. Earlier experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Fix Auto Canada, where Sharlene developed the organization’s handbook and conducted job audits, and Office Manager/HR Specialist at First Class Auto Service & Collision Repair Inc., managing a team while performing HR duties. Sharlene has an HBA in Human Resources Management and Sociology from the University of Toronto.
