Patrick Lloyd Brennan is a seasoned arts administrator with extensive experience in program management, public relations, and organizational leadership within the cultural sector. Currently serving as a Program Officer at the Canada Council for the Arts since September 2021, Patrick previously held roles such as Executive Director of the English-Language Arts Network and Managing Director of the Quebec Drama Federation, where responsibilities included strategic direction, advocacy, and fostering relationships with community and artistic organizations. With a freelance background as a Public Relations Consultant and experience at various performing arts institutions, Patrick has demonstrated expertise in marketing, audience engagement, and grant management. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Contemporary Dance and a Bachelor of Arts in Recreation Administration from Concordia University.
