David Forrest

With more than a decade of experience, David Forrest joined the company in 2014 and currently serves as Senior Vice President, General Counsel. David advises management on all strategic projects while running a team that oversees all of the company’s legal needs. Previously, he served as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Thomas Cook North America, and prior to that practiced law at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, where he specialized in corporate, commercial and securities law. David holds a Bachelor of Laws (with distinction) from Western University and a Honours Bachelor of Arts, Applied Economics from Queen’s University. When not in the office David can usually be found seeking the next adventure, often with skis on.
