Josafa Silva

Josafa Silva is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technology infrastructure and DevOps, currently serving as the Director of Technology Infrastructure & DevOps at Canada Goose since December 2021. In this role, Josafa directs global IT operations, oversees platform engineering and automation tools, and collaborates closely with the VP of Technology & Cybersecurity to establish a robust infrastructure. Prior experience includes leadership positions at ESG Solutions as Head of Information Technology, managing 24/7 IT operations, and at Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions as IT Manager, overseeing infrastructure operations. Josafa also has a foundational background in systems administration and IT infrastructure management, supported by a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems and a Certificate in Cloud Computing from the University of Toronto.
