Sanjay Kopalkar

Sanjay Kopalkar has extensive experience in sales and business development, holding various leadership positions throughout their career.

Sanjay most recently served as the Director of Sales and Business Development at Canada Jetlines since May 2022. Prior to that, from January 2021 to May 2022, Sanjay was the Vice President of Sales Operations & Supplier Relation at Voyzant Inc.

Before that, Sanjay held the position of Vice President at Skyroute Travel Service from August 2020 to January 2021 and served as VP Business Development at Cosmopolitan Travel Service from January 2018 to June 2020.

From October 2013 to December 2018, Sanjay was the Vice President of Sales at SkyLink Travel USA, and from June 2012 to October 2013, they were the Director of Sales - North America at Sky Link Travel Group.

Prior to that, Sanjay worked at Gulf Air, where they held the role of Commercial Manager North America from January 2010 to May 2012. Sanjay also had a stint as the General Manager Corporate Sales at Gulf Air from January 2006 to May 2008, and as the Area Manager- Bahrain from January 2004 to December 2006.

Their earlier experience includes positions at Discover the World Marketing as the National Sales Manager- Gulf Air Canada from May 2008 to December 2009, and at KLM as the Commercial Manager- Bahrain from September 2002 to December 2005, Sales Manager- Dubai & N. Emirates from April 1998 to September 2002, and Sales Manager- Abu Dhabi from May 1996 to May 1998.

Sanjay Kopalkar pursued their Bachelor of Commerce degree from 1986 to 1990. During this time, they focused on the fields of Commerce, Accounting, and Marketing. In addition, from 1986 to 1988, they attended the University of Mumbai where they specialized in Accounting and Business Management aspects as part of their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree program.
