Susan Gibson

Susan Gibson is the current Chief Executive of Canada Life Assurance Europe plc, previously holding multiple leadership roles at Irish Life and other financial service companies. Susan has a strong background in strategy development, innovation, marketing, sales operations, and client relations. Susan has extensive experience in portfolio management and business development, with a focus on driving exponential growth through digital innovation. Susan holds degrees from Dublin City University and the University of Limerick, and is currently pursuing further education at Harvard Business School and MIT Sloan School of Management.
