Fred Elkins

Fred Elkins has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and companies. Fred started their career in 1996 at Bank of Montreal as a Senior Manager, where they worked until 2001. Fred then joined First Data Corporation as a Director of Strategy and Finance until 2005. Fred then moved to Mackenzie Financial Corporation as an Assistant Vice President of Fund Administration from 2005 to 2007. In the same year, they worked as a Consultant while being self-employed. From 2007 to 2010, Fred worked as a Consultant at Canada Life Reinsurance, after which they transitioned to the role of Director of Reinsurance Finance until 2018. In 2018, they became the AVP Reinsurance Finance at Canada Life Reinsurance, where they were responsible for overall planning and analysis of the reinsurance division. Additionally, Fred served as the President of Finance Banter from 2009 to 2014. Their extensive experience in finance and strategic roles showcases their proficiency in these areas.

Fred Elkins has a strong educational background in the fields of accounting and finance. In 1994, they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from McMaster University, specializing in finance and accounting.
