Martin O'Keeffe

Martin O'Keeffe is a seasoned actuarial professional with extensive experience in structured reinsurance and actuarial strategy. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Structured Reinsurance at Canada Life Reinsurance since September 2025, Martin has previously held senior managerial and actuarial roles at Athora and Canada Life. Career highlights include specialization in longevity reinsurance of pension plans and diverse positions at RBC Insurance, Aon Hewitt, New Ireland Assurance, and Bank of Ireland. Martin holds a BSc in Financial Mathematics and Actuarial Science from University College Cork, and is working towards Fellowship status with the British Institute of Actuaries.
