Mawill Rodriguez

Mawill Rodriguez currently serves as the North American Quality Assurance Manager at Canada Malting Co. Limited since July 2012, following a role as Laboratory Supervisor at MFS Canada Food Safety LLC from August 2010 to July 2012. Prior experience includes functioning as a Graduate Research/Teaching Assistant at Colorado State University from January 2006 to May 2009, where responsibilities encompassed designing research projects on foodborne pathogen control, supervising students, and delivering lectures in Meat Safety and HACCP courses. Mawill Rodriguez holds a PhD in Food Safety from Colorado State University, a Master of Science in Food Science and Technology from Universidad del Zulia, and a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad del Zulia.
